Indra Nooyi has consistently ranked among the world's 100 most powerful women. In 2014, she was ranked at number 13 on the FORBES list of The World's 100 Most Powerful Women, and was ranked the 2nd most powerful woman on the FORTUNE list in 2015. In 2017, she was ranked the 2nd most powerful woman once more on the Forbes list of The 19 Most Powerful Women in Business. In 2018, Nooyi was named one of the Best CEO's in the World by CEOWORLD magazine.
Nooyi was selected as one of the 2019 American Portrait Gala honorees by the Smithsonian's National Portrait Gallery. The oil on canvas work created in 2019 by Jon R. Friedman was commissioned by the museum to be part of the collection. In 2021, Nooyi was inducted into the National Women's Hall of Fame.Â
Venture Capitalist Shelly Kapoor Collins founded the SHATTER FUND in 2017 to invest in female entrepreneurs at the intersection of tech and commerce. To launch Shatter Fund she held the first ever SHATTER SUMMIT in San Francisco focused on amplifying the voices of women leaders.

Fast forward to March 2021 and the 2nd SHATTER SUMMIT was held in partnership with the Silicon Valley Women's Leadership Initiative. The virtual conference drew over 600 guests from around the globe to learn from best-in-class leaders from the fields of FINANCE, VENTURE, TECH, HEALTH and SPORTS about the importance and power of investing in women.Â
